How I Got Here
Hi, I am Karen. I have always had a love of making things from a very young age. I began making gifts for friends and family members for all occasions. When I ran out of occasions, I starting making them on behalf of friends and family. ​I finally took the plunge after much encouragement to make personalised gifts which were available to everyone, and I haven't looked back since. ​I love adding personalised touches to gifts, unique and different for every person and occasion. No two gifts are ever the same. So do not hesitate to ask for something in a different colour, or incorporate two ideas into one. I love a challenge.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Payments can be made by Paypal or WIX online payments system.
Personalised item will not be made until payment has been made in full.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Unfortunately personalised items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or faulty. You must contact me as soon as the item is received with pictures of the damage or fault.
All other items can be returned within 14 days, in its original condition.
Buyers are responsible for return postage.
Refunds will not be given for wear and tear and/or if you have not followed the care instructions.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER?
We all sometimes change our minds. You have 24 hours from order your item to cancel it. After that time, production may have begun. If this is the case, your item will be sent and a refund will not be provided.
WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY ORDER?
All items are made to order with your personalisation. Therefore dispatch times are usually 7 working days.
If for any reason this will be longer, I will contact you directly to advise.
If you have a set timescale, please use the 'Get in Touch' link at the top of the page, and I will do my best to accommodate your request.

Just wanted to say we are absolutely delighted with the wedding invitations. The envelopes themselves scream luxury (not to mention to gold wax seal) and are so unusual. The acrylic invitations are exactly how I had hoped they would be. I’ve started posting these out but gave one to our friends in person yesterday and got such a thrill at her reaction when she was opening it (and she then proceeded to show it to several other people as well as was so in awe of it).
